Welcome to one of my most prized pieces! Everything about this dress is dramatic! The sleeves are, of course, my favourite aspect. The trouble, as always with dresses with this many skirt ruffles, is the amount of petti that is needed to give it a decent shape. I bought this piece on Mercari and it also came with the matching hair bands!
